When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.  

When you make a booking to dine with us, as part of the reservation process data is collected including personal information you give us such as your name and email address. We use the third party booking engine OpenTable (reg: 03914016) to deliver this service and you will be directed to their website when making a booking online. OpenTable collect and store this data on our behalf, you can find their privacy policy here

Any event or large party booking will be processed by our in house reservations who will require a telephone number and card details to secure the booking. No deposits will be taken. A team member will call to collect your card details, with the information inputted directly into our online payment platform Stripe where your details will be held, you can find their privacy policy here

With your permission, we will send you emails about our menus, events and other updates about our restaurants. We use CRM platform Airship (reg: 04225467) to process and store information as well as sharing marketing communications as requested. When you contact us to make an enquiry or to give feedback, in order to process your request the correspondence we will collect your email address & phone number if this is required. These may come through direct to a member of a team or collected via the Airship feedback portal.

When you walk-in and dine with us without a booking, as part of NHS Test & Trace we are requesting that you check-in as being present at the location and provide personal information including your name and email address. We recommend you use the NHS COVID-19 app. You can view their privacy policy here: Alternatively if you are unable to use the NHS app, you will be directed to an AirShip form to submit this data. AirShip hold this information for 21 days, after which it is removed.  Airship may share this data with the NHS Test & Trace service if requested, who may be in contact with you. 

When you order your drinks to your table via our web ordering platform, data is collected including personal information you give us such as your name, email address and payment details. We use the third party ordering platform 5loyalty (reg. 10020833) to deliver this service who are the data processors. You will be directed to use their interface when ordering to your table. 5loyalty collect and store this data on our behalf, you can find their privacy policy online.

When you order a online e-gift voucher, you will be directed to GiftPro (reg: 09136370) who will process your order including collecting personal details such as name, email address and payment details. You can view their privacy policy online here. Payments are handled by Stripe.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a booking, verify your credit card, order an e-gift voucher or order delivery, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
